The Pakistani government is working hard to help young people get good jobs and skills. They have started several programs to support youth development:
- Prime Minister’s Youth Program: This program provides vocational, IT, and technical education to young people. The government has approved projects worth 36 billion rupees for this program.
- Youth Skills Development Program: This program helps young people learn new skills and get jobs both in Pakistan and abroad. Youth Facilitation Centers will be set up in all districts to support this initiative.
- IT Skills Program: The government plans to teach IT skills to 200,000 young people every year. This will help them find jobs in the digital economy and promote Pakistan’s art, culture, and heritage.
- Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme: This scheme provides loans to young people to start their own businesses or work in agriculture. The goal is to create more job opportunities and reduce unemployment.
These programs are designed to help young people in Pakistan gain the skills they need to succeed in the job market and contribute to the country’s economic growth. By investing in youth development, the government hopes to create a brighter future for the next generation.
