The reconstruction of Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium is almost finished. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has extended the deadline for completing the work to February 2. Most of the work, like placing chairs and installing digital screens, is nearly done. The stadium is being prepared to host the ICC Champions Trophy, which starts on February 19.
The renovation includes new seating, upgraded floodlights, and improved facilities for players and officials. The PCB is confident that the stadium will be ready in time for the upcoming tri-nation ODI series and the Champions Trophy.
