AQI LEVEL Lahore update today
As of today, Lahore’s Air Quality Index (AQI) remains at hazardous levels. The overall AQI in Lahore is currently 267, which is categorized as “very unhealthy”.
Certain areas of the city are experiencing even higher pollution levels, with the Sundar Industrial Area in Raiwind recording an AQI of 577, Defence Phase 5 at 451, and Pine Avenue at 3791.
Medical experts advise citizens to take necessary precautions, including wearing masks while outdoors, to reduce health risks posed by the hazardous air quality
The Punjab government has implemented various strategies to combat air pollution. These measures include closing schools, limiting the operating hours of restaurants and markets.
However, the government and the public should adopt all measurements that can helps to reduce the AQI level
stay safe and warm.
